What we collect
The contact form: name, email, company, sector and your message. We use it to prepare the call and to reply — a person answers within one working day. No lists, no sequences.
Analytics
Cookieless, aggregated page counts. No tracking cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no fingerprinting — which is why there is no cookie banner.
Where it lives
Hosting on Cloudflare, email on Cloudflare Email Routing, cookieless analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, form handling on our self-hosted n8n, and enquiry records in Google Sheets. Appointment booking may be handled manually or automatically. Data is held in EU and Asia-Pacific regions. Fonts are self-hosted, so no visitor IP reaches Google.
How long
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted after 12 months.
