Who is responsible
Inizio Likha Labs decides what happens to the data collected on this site. Write to hello@iniziolikhalabs.com and a person answers within one working day.
What we collect and why
The contact form takes your name, email, company, sector and message. The booking form takes your name, email and the slot you pick. Both exist to prepare and hold a call, so the legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract, article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Server logs and the spam check run on our legitimate interest in keeping the site up and unabused, article 6(1)(f).
Who receives it and where it lives
Cloudflare hosts the site, routes the email and counts the pages. The enquiry itself lands in a Google mailbox, and Google may process it outside the EU under the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell or share anything: no lists, no sequences. Fonts are self-hosted, so no visitor IP reaches Google from this site.
Analytics
Cookieless, aggregated page counts. No tracking cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no fingerprinting. That is why there is no cookie banner. One cookie remembers the language you choose, and nothing else.
How long
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted after 12 months. Records tied to an engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep contract documents.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or have it sent elsewhere. Write to hello@iniziolikhalabs.com. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
